Through the GEVAL Methodology — Governance, Engineering, Verification, Assessment and Legislative Compliance - we examine incidents beyond immediate causes, analysing leadership decisions, risk controls, design factors and operational pressures that contributed to the event.

Our investigations focus on identifying systemic weaknesses, validating the effectiveness of critical controls and uncovering latent organisational gaps. We engage frontline personnel and leadership teams to ensure findings reflect real operational conditions, not assumptions.
