Project Feasibility Safety Studies

Geval Safety Group provides Project Feasibility Safety Studies that integrate safety intelligence into early-stage project planning and design. We support mining, construction and infrastructure developments by identifying material risks during scoping and feasibility phases -before they become operational constraints or costly redesigns.

Through the GEVAL Methodology - Governance, Engineering, Verification, Assessment and Legislative Compliance -we embed structured safety analysis into concept development, engineering reviews and capital planning. Our approach ensures that safety considerations influence layout, plant design, access, constructability and operational interfaces from the outset.

We conduct hazard identification workshops, preliminary risk assessments and critical control analysis aligned with WA WHS (Mines) Regulations and national standards. This early-stage risk integration strengthens project decision-making, improves stakeholder confidence and reduces regulatory exposure during approvals.

By incorporating safety into feasibility studies, we help organisations avoid reactive compliance fixes and late-stage engineering changes. The result is a safer, more efficient project foundation that protects capital investment, strengthens governance and supports sustainable operational performance from day one.
